We will also collect and link your transaction history with the record we hold of you as a loyalty card holder.

If you apply and become a loyalty card holder, we will retain your details for the period you are an active loyalty card holder.

All other information you provide to us in relation to any enquiries, orders or payments will be retained by us for a period of up to 6 years, in line with required accounting requirements.
